How quickly will you make my order?

We aim to make and send all of your orders within 24 hours of receiving it

I need something asap, can you send it quicker?

Absolutely! Order before 3pm Monday - Friday and select one of the upgrade tracked delivery options

I want to place a large order, can you offer any discount?

Of course! Please send an email to sales@simplysashes.co.uk with the product you are interested in, the details if it is a personalised item, the quantity you would like and when you would need the products for, and we will be able to get a quote for you! 

I've ordered a personalised item, but I did it wrong!

If you want to change your wording, please contact us as soon as you can, either on 01257 413 293 or sales@simplysashes.co.uk. We do aim to send your order within 24 hours, so the sooner you contact us the better. 

I like one of your personalised products but for another event, can you change the wording on it?

If you like one of our personalised products but you think it would look great for another occasion, please do get in touch as we should be able to change this for you!
